hi! if you have applied for upgradation after the first round and still not get a new college of your choice, then nothing will happen to the seat you chose in the first round. But if you have accepted the college seat and then decided to leave it and register again, and by chance you dont get a seat in the next round, you cannot claim the seat you had in the first round.
