Considering this to be rohini sector 25 , DIS is not a bad option if you are getting this as per your rank. It has a good placement record and ranking . It comes in the list of good colleges but just good.  And if you are satisfied with a good college rather than a top or very good or excellent college,  then go for it, otherwise not. And as far as getting a seat  another college is concerned,  i can not tell you the same without knowing your rank , category and preferred branch.  So,  please mention these in comments so that i can help you at my best.
