See you have not mention the names of any  examination or counselling body but you can truly appeared for the medical counselling if you fulfill the required criteria. Both the domain have no interrelation and does not takes the action or results of other in consideration. There are many candidates who choose pcmb in their intermediate studies and do well in both the domains so if you are one of them then definitely go and try for both of them and see what suits you the most.
