i got fail in physics but gat over all pass in 12 th with help of physical eduction can i apply for clat

Yes that's okay if you have passed overall. Your percentage should be equivalent to 45% and above to get eligibile for the CLAT 2020 if you belong to general category. For reserved category, 5% relaxation is provided.
