I got fail in two subject in 12th GSEB in arts,can i give exam in a July?

You have to fill the form for compartment tests, and get in contact to your school in this regard. Whenever the board conducts the exam you can give it after signing the compartment form.
Your school authorities will be able to guide you better in this direction.
