If you got the seat in fee waiver quota then there is no payment of the fees as the process is online for the admission. Also if they are asking about the payment of the fees then it should be refunded as per the policy of the institute. The amount may be transfered through the bank and to the account form which the payment has been made. Also ask them for the same as they can guide you better in the repayment of the fees.

This is the procedure actually, every other institutes that offers fee waiver takes the complete fee in the beginning of the year whether the payment cycle is per semester or year. They refund the fees at the end of the session( semester wise or yearly ). You might be asked to fill an application form as a formality to once again verify your details and then the refund will take place. Keep an eye on the notification about it in the college you go.
