You get to choose your branch during counseling and that is final (depending on the available seats ) . What you mentioned in your form doesn't matter . They will ask for branch during the payment and registration in counseling . But you can change your stream after obtaining good score in first year ( CGPA > 8.0 ) then you can apply for branch Changing. Best of luck for your First Year.
