It is not possible to upgrade now. In case you want to get admission in other NLUs, wait for the vacancy seats which will published in July.

Nope you can't upgrade it,if you don't want to join MNLU NAGPUR you have to wait for vacancy seats which lower NLUs will publish in mid July to mid August, NLU Assam,nlu Ranchi, Nlu trichy, Nlu VISHAKHAPATNAM, MNLU NAGPUR, MNLU AURANGABAD will publish vacancy seats for sure.
