Congratulations on you JEE Advanced result! With an All India Rank of 1299, you will be able to get all the top 7 IITs(Madras, Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Roorkee, Guwahati). There would be some 3 or 4 courses that you may not be able to get, but that should not be a problem for you.
