As the question isn't clear enough to give an accurate answer, hereby I'm assuming that your question is about “what next after getting the rank list.”

So if that was your intended​ question then,

1. You will have to wait the for the announcement of seat matrix and counselling dates by the COMED-K.
2. You'll get your rank card by post to your physical address mentioned in the application.
3. After this, you'll have to collect all the necessary documents (Study Certificate, Class X Marks card, Class XII provisional marks card, if you are eligible for any caste based reservations, you need to get that certificate too, admit card and your rank card)and get them attested by your nearest gazetted officer by producing the original copies to him/her. Get atleast 5 copies of attestation for future use.
4. Now, check the date and time of your counselling which will be displayed in comedk site.
5. Get all the documents which you have to the counselling center (Never Ever miss anything). By this time, you need to shortlisted a few colleges based on your ranking and also the branch in that college which you'd like to enroll.
6. You'll have a set of verification in the counseling area. At one stage, you will get a chance to freeze your college selection. After that they will issue an admit card for you to the college.
7. After this, (If I'm right) you'll have to pay an amount to the COMED-K through Demand Draft in the center itself.
8. This will complete the process of counselling. After finishing this, you'll have to go to the college which you have selected and complete the remaining admission procedure in there.

But be very careful while selecting the college. Try as much as possible to avoid the colleges​ that fall under VTU. Always give preference to Autonomous colleges. You'll definitely thank me one or the other day when you see the students who suffer because of the university.

Autonomous colleges are always the best if you can ge a good and prompt student and also if you can follow some crap rules that the college and lectures design for the curriculum. But in VTU affiliated college, exams are horrible and also the placements.

Think twice before selecting the college which will have a huge role in shaping your future in 4 years duration.
