You should claim yourself as a 2021 pass-out student because your degree mentions 2021 as the passing year. The fact that you received your marksheet in 2022 due to corrections does not change your official passing year.

However, if an application asks for the marksheet issuance date, you should mention 2022. But for general purposes like job applications, entrance exams, or further studies, you are considered a 2021 graduate.
