The certificate of OBC non creamy layer is valid for one year from the date of releasing of certificate from the concerned authority from who you have got.

There is also an another criteria as well and that is that :
if the OBC non creamy layer certificate is issued by State authority then it is valid for 3 years
and if it is issued by central authority then it will be valid for one year.
