Hello student,
With a rank of around 1,900 in St category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the following NIT's when comparing the results of previous years.

Nit Mizoram
Nit Hamirpur
Nit Manipur
Nit Patna
Nit Jalandhar.

You can also try for NSIT - Netaji subash institute of technology, which also has good ranking similar to NIT's and you can secure a seat there with this rank. You can even get CSE there.
