With your rank it is very much possible for you to get into MD and DNB in both O&G or Optha because the cutoff rank for the most prominent colleges in India from past 2 years is 59934.

The only collegea that you might not be able to get into are

•  V.M.M.C. and S.J. Hospital, New Delhi
• Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad 
• Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi

Whose cutoff rank is less than your rank, but you can easily get into the first round counselling of the colleges
