On the basis of previous year trends,if you are not a domicile of TN,you would not get CSE but you may get some of its specialisations(CAI, CCE,EIC) and you would get ECE.

If you are a domicile of TN,you would get any branch of your choice on the basis of the rank you have obtained.

        I hope you have performed well in your exams. Now coming to your question you have chances to get ECE with 2519 under all India quota in Coimbatore campus because the previous year(2107) cutoff for ECE under all India quota is around 2700. If you come under state quota then you can get both ECE and CSE. In 2017 under state quota cutoff for ECE is around 16000 and for ECE is around 13000. But we can't assure you as competition is so high cutoff varies from year to year. But you have pretty good chances for ECE in the Coimbatore campus.
