Hello Dear

Yeah based upon your fetched rank in PU CET you can be able to get into the Punjab University. Since it is a Public University and i don't think so that there EWS category might can work nit anyways you should produce your EWS certificate during the counselling and if they offer the concession to you then it will be good .
