Sorry to say but you didn't score a very good rank in the exam hence you can't get the top colleges of upsee and if we talk about getting the average colleges that too would be difficult for you and even if you get any you might not be able to get the core branches like CSE or ECE. Although the counseling process hasn't started yet till then you can predict what colleges you might get with this rank with the help of aktu college predictor and can also check previous years cutoffs of different colleges for different branches.
