Hi ,

If you got RT in one subject that means you have to repeat theory in that particular subject. CBSE provides and opportunity for the students who got RT in any subject to rewrite the exam. You are supposed to right compartment exam and improve your marks. For getting admission to any undergraduate course eligibility criteria is candidates should have passed there 12th with 40% or above marks. The minimum pass marks required may vary based on colleges or universities you are applying.

Eligibility criteria for BA English honours is Candidates should have completed class 12th or equivalent from any recognized educational board and candidates should have attained a minimum aggregate score of 50% of marks in class 12th with English as one of the main subjects. Hence you have to pass in that subject. You can write compartment exam for accounts and pass.

All the best.
