Hello ,

Yes you can appear for the improvement exam in the year 2023 and if you score above the eligibilty criteria marks for neet i.e aggregate of more than 50% in physics, chemistry and biology then you could give NEET-2023 and if your score doesn't fullfil the given criteria even after improvement then your application form will get rejected during the counselling process..

Jatin Chandra Yes it's more than 40% aggregate for obc / sc/St. Since you didn't mentioned your category, I assumed it to be unreserved category.
