Yes, you can choose and use your Math's marks from your 2023 marksheet, as you were already pass in 2023 and If you had passed all subjects in 2023 and took improvement exams in 2024 (including Math's), but received RT (Repeat Theory) in Math's improvement, then you can still use your 2023 marksheet, since you were already declared pass in that year.

The improvement attempts never cancel your previous passing marks, unless you want to replace them with new ones. As you didn’t clear Math's in the improvement attempt, your 2023 marks remain valid for all purposes — including both admissions as well as eligibility criteria.
