I got seat in ace in 1st phase counselling in 2nd phase i got seat in st Peter's i also payed tuition fees in ace how can i opt seat inace

No, if you don't report at the respected college till the given date your seat will be put into second counselling.

Okay You got a college call it as X

If you are not satisfied with X you can attempt for 2nd counselling without reporting at X.

There is another thing students face.. they are in a dilemma they want to get into another college but they have fear of losing allotted one still they want to try for the best college.

Then thre is another way..

Attend for second counselling select your options and also select your allotted college X as your last option. If you don't get any College there is a chance of getting X.

But there is no guarantee that you will get X. If any other person who got the higher rank than you, has chosen X then he/she will get that college.

So If you don't want to loose your allotted seat better report at the alloted college then your seat won't be put into 2nd counselling..
