Hello student,

As for your doubt, if you already paid for your tution fee for the college you are allotted in the first counseling the seat will remain unchanged for you. If got a better college allotted for you can opt for that college and apply for the refund of tution fee from the 1st allotted college.if you still have any details regarding this you may check the official notification.
