Hello Pravallika

If you want to appear for phase 2 then you do not have to go through the certificate verification again. You can directly give web options. Since your certificate is verified and approved for the counselling, that means you do not have to go through the same verification process again and again. If it was not verified then you wouldn't be able to apply for the counselling.

So directly go through the web options for the second phase.
