If you want a better college than St. Martin's College through TS EAMCET counselling, then it will depend on your category.

All colleges have different cutoffs were for different category candidates.

If you belong to a reserved category, then you might have a chance of getting CSE in a Mid-Tier college but if you belong to the Open Category, then chances of the same are extremely LESS.

Therefore, I would suggest you follow the given link to check out the TS EAMCET 2018 (Final Phase) cutoff for all the colleges and for all the categories, so you can get a better idea-
