You performance in AIIMS UG 2019 has truly been wonderful, your rank of 1968 speaks abundantly of it.
But if we do look at the statistics of AIIMS Guntur as of 2018, after the Round 3 of Counselling, the closing rank stood at 1353, which seems to be a bit far from your side.
Nevertheless, I would suggest you to wait till the mop-up round because these cutoff trends generally seem to vary.
Apart from that, even AIIMS Patna had it's closing rank in 2017 beyond 2000 for UR.
And to that, a few more new AIIMS would be taking in admissions from this year.
This might make your chances clear, friend.
