I think you should repeat this year, concentrating more on your weak points with full proper resources. Try taking extra classes from online websites, or from your professors, that might help. 

There's another option of getting admission in any other college, but that might waste your two years, studying the same courses again and again, and also, getting education with kids two years younger than you.

I think you should repeat from the same college, if you don't find any flaws in the institution.
