As for your question, yes, you can apply for REAP and MPDTE counseling, but there’s a catch you’ll be considered provisionally until you clear your compartment and submit your passing result.

Most counseling processes allow you to register and fill choices, but they will ask for your final 12th marksheet during document verification. If you can submit the updated marksheet (with the cleared subject) before the deadline for admission confirmation, then you're good to go.

The key is timing the compartment exam and results must be declared before or during the early rounds of counseling. If your result comes late, you might have to apply in the later rounds or wait for spot rounds.
