Shashank, you can change your photo or for that matter any uploaded documents if NTA notifies you to do so. Or else consider the uploaded image to be fine. But if you still want to upload another image please check if the "Edit" option for the uploaded photograph is available. If it greyed out, then you cannot edit the photograph. But if it is not greyed out, you can upload a photograph.
