Based on your score in MHT-CET you may get a rank in between 24,500-26,000. You can search for Colleges based on this rank criteria.

My percentile is show 15.6348 I got 78 in cet marks

Percentile means that you are ahead of that percent people. It has nothing to do with your marks as it depends on every other persons marks
