Although I don't really know about the exam that you're talking about because you have mentioned any, but from my previous experience, I was in the same situation and my questions were not considered. Although you can mail the concerned authorities of the exam but I'm pretty sure they won't consider your questions from biology section. They will mark your Physics and Chemistry sections according to the marking scheme. But your maths section will be given zero.
