Hello Aspirant,
In case if you want to join without any donation you must have to give entrance exam like JEE Mains,MHCET and you must qualify in those exams then you're eligible to get admission in this College without donation.But it is not clear whether you have given MHCET or JEE Mains in case if you have given entrance exam and qualified then you have to pay only the college fee if you're under unreserved category or if you're reserved candidate then you're exempted from paying fee.
