For campus recruitment, there are various types of companies that come to hire freshers. 

The good ones usually keep a minimum criteria of FIRST CLASS Through and through. 
Also doing those certifications will help you out for sure as you have experience and rough knowledge which can be applied in the new domain which you will get to work in once you get hired. 

Speak to your PO (Placement Officer) of your college, they will be able to guide you better.
