Dear Roshni, you haven't mentioned the area of interest. But University of Kerala offers full time regular undergraduate programmes where in it doesn't have any minimum % as eligibility criteria. University of Kerala offers BA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Ed, BLISC, BPE. It also offers distance mode programmes for no minimum % of eligibility. Please check their websit once. Apart from that IGNOU also offers undergraduation programmes.
