As per your marks mentioned your rank would somewhere range around 30001-50000.Since, you haven't mentioned your category so considering your general category I guess you may get some of the seats in colleges but you may have to compromise with the branches like cs, it etc.

Now coming to the branch selection I'm sorry I can't suggest you any branch as branch selection is totally based upon your interest and comfort level in the subject. As of course you won't want to waste your four years Studying something in which you are not at all interested. But still, considering your point that you want a branch in which chemistry is used less you can go for the branches like CS, IT, ECE etc..
