There are no chances chances for you to get a seat in government medical college. But there are chances for you to get a seat in private and deemed medical colleges. This is because of the heavy competition this year, due to which even the one who got 580 did not get the government college. if you are taking admission in private or deemed college their fee structure will be quite high. Incase if you are not ok with the fee structure then I would advice you to take NEET again.
