I had submitted St caste certificate in jee advance in hindi format. Will I get admit card???

yes, you will get your admit card. This certificate format will matter AT the time of counselling.

No problem It doesn't matter, until unless you have submitted the certificate with the correct details. You will get the hallticket for sure. All the best for your JEE Advanced. Get prepared well and  make sure that you are giving your full effort to achieve a good rank. Effort in the sense you need to make optimised efforts i.e prepare topics relevant to the exam. If you prepare 60% of the syllabus it is enough to secure a good rank, if you are 100% perfect in that 60%.

Yes! I don't think the format matters unless it is specified clearly in the JEE guidelines. But I would suggest you to contact the authorities just to be double sure.
