Hi Ayush,

which form are you talking about ?

Mostly you will not be able to rectify changes once you have submitted, partially the reason why you can fill it in different sessions and save it until you are completely sure

Just directly contact with the governing authority of IIT M who is going to conduct the GATE 2019 or you can also directly mail them about your issue on their respective mail I'd they will definitely gonna help you.
