As your score is 347 marks, the chances of admission through All India Quota counselling is difficult.

The cut off marks for state quota is 450 and more in most of the states. It varies from state to state and therefore, with a score of 347 chances of admission depend upon the cut off of your state. 

Looking at the last year's cut off of most of the states, the chances of admission through Open Category in State Quota might be a little difficult.
