Hi, I am a final year engineering student at Cummins so I can definitely answer that question. 4 Years ago I got into Cummins with a CET score of 122. That too I couldn't get into the first shift but had to take admission into second shift of the college. Although the other branches in the college have a lesser cutoff criteria compared to Computer Science branch.
