You can apply for any college. 12th certificate from open and school are counted Same. If you have written any entrance exam like CET'S or JEE, you can apply for colleges through that mark. Or else you might have to try in colleges that take admission based on board marks. Some of them are SRM, UPES(they have admission through board merit), Thapar, etc.
