Yes, you can do BCA after completing your 12  from arts stream.

Different different colleges have their own criteria for admission in BCA , so few are there who wouldn't allow candidate without maths or computer science as a subject in their 12 and many are there who also allow candidate without mathematics or computer science in their 12.

So go for it there won't be much problem to get in BCA.

The eligibility for securing admission in BCA affiliated to university of Gujrat is 50% aggregate marks in any stream (arts, science or commerce).

Other colleges for BCA in Gujarat are

St. Xavier's College, Ahemdabad

MSU, Vadodara

SDJ International college, Surat

The marks of qualifying exams varies from university to university but stream in class 12th is mostly not a matter of concern. However, few colleges require you to have English as a compulsory subject in +2.
