For MBA you must be graduate first. But if you are determined to go for MBA then you can go for an integrated course for 5 years that will entail both graduation and master's degree. 

You can check out the IPM programs offered by various premier B schools like IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak and others. 

Apart from that you can look out for other colleges like NMIMS Mumbai, Symbiosis University, Jindal Global Business School, Christ University.

You can't join MBA Course just after 12th board , for MBA Course you have to appear for graduation course and after that you can appear for MBA entrance exams according to your choice like CAT,GMAT,SNAP,XAT,CMAT etc.A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university will be eligible for MBA.
