Hello,

For PWD alias person with disability, there is 3% reservation quota.

To be considered under PWD category one must meet following criteria:-
1. Disability of joints/bones
2.complete absence of sights or low vision
3. Hearing impairment
4. Cerebral palsy
Hence, if you have very low eyesight or complete blindness or limitation of field of vision subtendibg an angle of 20 degree or worse then you can come under PWD status.
You need to provide valid medical certificate at time of Admission counseling to prove it.
The cutoff marks is relatively low for Genral PWD at around 19 marks, for OBC NCL PwD cutoff is at -25, and for SC PWD it is at -21 , for ST PWD it as at -11 .
Hence, with PWD status one can have great chances as compared to General category.
Thankyou, I hope it helps, feel  free to approach for further queries
