According to 2nd round of 2018 for AIIMS MBBS Counselling, the closing rank was AIR 1241 and this year for the same round, its AIR 1718 but in 3rd round of 2018, it was AIR 1353 for AIIMS Guntur. By summing up them, it shows that you may have slight or nil chances.
But simultaneously, we can also see that the number of seats has been also increased this year although for round-2, only 302 out of 609 seats were available for general category after round-1 and for round-3 (if any), the update for vacant seat is still to be published and only that can give more accuracy for chances for you.
