Hello...

With this marks I can't assure you that you will definitely get but yes there is hope and if there is hope than there is always a way.

Marks vs rank always vary year to year and if your rank will fall somewhat between 3000-4000 then definitely you can expect SSM BARAMULLA .

So somewhat it depends on your luck too.
