You can get good NIT colleges with good branches such as :

NIT Hamirpur
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
NIT Manipur
NIT Mizoram
NIT Sikkim
NIT Calicut
NIT Durgapur
NIT Rourkela
NIT Raipur
NIT Kurukshetra
NIT Silchar
NIT Surat
NIT Jalandhar

Nearly all of the NIT are available at your rank. To get CSE and E&C branch your rank should be within 1000 for NIT Calicut and other top tier colleges. But you an CSE in other mid tier NIT colleges.

You will get CSE in NIT Rourkela since in Rourkela cutoff rank for CSE for other state quota is within 3500. But you will not be Warangal since the cutoff rank is within 1800 for other state quota.

I would suggest not joining JNU since the laboratory is still being constructed and the hostel facilities are not good. Though the teachers are highly qualified with some holding PhD. Also the mess food is not great and dirty politics run the place. The only thing if you would like to join is for education since the teaching staff is exceptional there.
