SQl and Unix are the most important skills which are usually asked. Try to learn Unix commands , Sql , Plsql, shell scripting basics . See if you can learn tools like Autosys , ControlM (These two are job scheduling tools), Toad for oracle, SM9 or BMC remedy (These are ticketing tools).

If you are a 2 or 5 years exp, every interviewer will ask you the basics..so make sure that you learn and have a strong basics of sql and unix commands
