As per your rank of 3905 in OBC-NCL category you won't get the top notch IITs. However , in the other IITs you may get a chance. Again in IITs the cutoff varies for different branches.

Below is the list of few IITs where you may get a chance -

• IIT Jammu
• IIT Goa
• IIT Roorkee
• IIT Patna 
• IIT Mandi

These are the few IITs where you might get a chance. Also try for other colleges too those who accept admisssion through JEE Advance.
