I have 4 year gap between 10th and 12th(nios) will my neet form will be accepted or not

Greetings!
No , there will be no problem , you are eligible for neet even if you have 4 year gaps between your 10th and 12th as to be eligible for Neet the condition is that a general category student needs to have passed class 12th with 50 % in pcb aggregate,  while it's 40% for obc , sc, st.  So , if you fulfil this with criteria then you are eligible for neet,  also there's no upper age limit for neet so you don't need to worry about that as well.
