No, not eligible for pwd reservation and also eligible for mbbs with 40 % visual impairment.

This is because,

For visual impairment

------------------------)  With less than 40% disability with disability, candidate is eligible for mbbs but not for pwd quota

------------------------) With equal to or more than 40% disability , candidate is not eligible for mbbs

------------------------) There's no pwd quota reservation for visual impairment disability.
